∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Telecommunication, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive customer engagement and brand awareness through strategic marketing and research.
∎ Ensure effective marketing by collaborating with advertising platforms (offline & online) and content creators.
∎ Organize social media marketing materials to promote company's product or service.
∎ Mobilize direct marketing initiatives like promotion and special offer to increase product sales.
∎ Design & utilize surveys and focus groups to identify potential customers and refine product strategies for increased sales.
∎ Ensure products and services visibility by participating at potential events for extending the customer base and cultivating customer database for marketing purposes.
∎ Assists PR managers in crafting press releases, developing newsworthy angles, and coordinating events for effective product promotion.
∎ Manage campaign budgets, allocates funds, and shapes advertising strategies, leveraging a versatile skill set.
∎ Facilitate copywriting and creating website content and social media communications.
∎ Manage multiple marketing campaigns and promotions at the same time.
∎ Lead brainstorming sessions to explore new ways to market a product or service or to capture customers' attention.
∎ Ensure proofreading and error-free communication in print & online mediums.
∎ Give presentation at exhibitions or conferences to promote a product or launch a new service.
∎ Organize and lead projects to be completed within given deadline.
∎ Motivate and guide team members to do their best work.
∎ Demonstrate strong organizational skills, goal setting, and analytical thinking to plan and oversee successful marketing campaigns and meet sales goals.
∎ Leverage critical thinking to tackle challenges, make decisions, and generate inventive campaign ideas and original content.
∎ Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
