Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Market analyses, branding our current products, and new products.
∎ Provide a price and delivery schedule to the buyer, and sell the products at competitive market prices.
∎ Ensure the sales-to-payment received processes of the marketing SOP.
∎ Provide a pro forma invoice to the in-house commercial department for the L/C opening.
∎ Discussing with factory management technical, production plan, and miscellaneous issues.
∎ Follow up as per buyer requirements and delivery schedule.
∎ Negotiate with the costing department for correct pricing.
∎ Ensuring proper follow-up with the commercial team about export documents, party acceptance, bank maturity, and payment confirmation.
∎ Communication with the store team about stock levels and delivery issues.
∎ Attend the client’s quality complaint, discuss with the production and quality team, then provide a satisfactory solution to the client's and solve the claim successfully.
∎ Maintaining documentation and reporting to the line manager properly.
∎ Meeting with internal and external buyers, the production team, and the commercial team.
∎ Develop creative and innovative marketing processes.
∎ Follow up on the price forecasting process and market analysis to identify changes in the balance of buyer-production power.
∎ Making item-wise sales statements and reporting to the line manager properly.
∎ Regular or periodic buyer visits and marketing to export-oriented textile industries, knitting, and ready-made garment factories.
∎ Discussion meetings with the marketing team are held at least once a month or as required.
∎ Implementing and maintaining the standard marketing process and establishing marketing policy and strategy with a view to enhancing savings and reducing waste. Devising and using fruitful marketing strategies.
∎ Prepare a monthly sales report or presentation, a sales forecast, set sales targets, and compare them with the achievements.
∎ Proper knowledge of product cost with current price quotations and marketing related to all kinds of budgets.
