Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Ticketing, Tour and Travel Agency, Amadeus, by using GDS GALILEO, Corporate Dealing, Good communication skills, Good management skills, OTA, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and controlling the travel related activities.
∎ Coordinating and directing activities of other agents, hiring, training and evaluating performance of staff members as well.
∎ Establishing work plans and objects.
∎ Preparing yearly budget and monthly income and expenditure report.
∎ Planning and preparing sales and marketing activates and ensuring proper execution.
∎ Supervising flight booking, hotel booking, car rental, and coordinating all relevant activities.
∎ Managing and processing all travel related documentation, including payments, visas, medical, legal and other related issues.
∎ Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
∎ Creating, optimizing and minting corporate travel policies.
∎ Maintaining excellence business relationship with airlines, government organizations and other relevant third parties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent attention to detail in organizational skills.
∎ Good communication, customers service and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong computer skills.
