∎ B. Sc. in Textile Engineering/or Science Related field (Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced/outstanding performers).
∎ Skills Required: Production Management (Washing), Sustainability

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must possess very good knowledge and experience of People management and have through knowledge about Ozone, E-flow and Laser
∎ / Sustainable technologies
∎
∎ Willing to work on a day / night shift work
∎
∎ Ensure smooth execution of washing production of the factory as per the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎
∎ Minimizing production costs and maintaining current quality standards
∎
∎ Responsible for washing production output, product quality and on-time shipment
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity in accordance with global standard.
∎
∎ Give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the shipment schedule and deliver products with required quality.
∎
∎ Ensuring exact matching of shades as per buyer standard.
∎
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that wash recipes are properly maintained.
∎ Understand the plan and execute the wash Program

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 5-7 years of experience in a washing plant, engaged in business with world-class customers/brands overall functions for renowned branded buyers.
∎ Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ A fair command over English is essential and ability to mix up in a cosmopolitan environment is a must.
∎ Ability to understand the importance of on-time delivery.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge on production layout, process management and maintaining of production schedule to accomplish the production target.
∎ Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
