Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up production plan and ensuring raw materials on time store, proper inventory, inspection and timely reporting for smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate with concern commercial import, merchandising, transport, suppliers for raw materials in-house and update to production planner.
∎ Establish operational procedures for activities, handling and disposition of trims and keeping warehouse inventory updated.
∎ Ensure production plan wise materials on time storage. If any delay in house inform to store manager, concern merchandiser, planning team and factory concern production people for farther necessary action.
∎ Ensure clean and tidy of stores.
∎ Ensure security, safety and store protected activities.
∎ Ensure raw materials are issued to production floor as per cutting report and store requisition with proper document.
∎ Ensure raw materials not issued to production floor without store requisition.
∎ Follow up and maintain approved trims card, correct counting and items selection.
∎ Ensure daily raw materials issued, ledger & bin card updated on time.
∎ Ensure on time getting job from concern department for smooth issue of materials to production floor.
∎ Ensure not issued of excess materials to production floor without proper document.
∎ Ensure metal free check which materials are metal supposed to button, rivet, buckle/suspender and zipper through needle detection machine and kept record accordingly.
∎ Ensure all raw materials are inspected through store quality inspection team and kept record properly.
∎ Ensure all buyer price ticket and barcode sticker check through barcode scanner machine and kept record.
∎ Ensuring maintain buyer and style wise supply delivery challan/commercial invoice.
∎ Ensuring maintain & update daily stock ledger.
∎ Follow up storage of non conforming materials as per buyer requirement.
∎ Follow up leftover materials receiving, issuance and movement report prepare on time.
∎ Ensure materials issue from leftover store through store requisition with authorized signature.
∎ Ensure prepare leftover materials sales proposal report as per company leftover sales policy.
∎ Follow up monthly and weekly garment export plan and also check raw materials stock availability for smooth finishing & packing work.
∎ Ensure safe loading of goods on vehicle and follow as per buyer requirement so that no damage/claim can raise from CFS CTG.
∎ Ensure on time export vehicle release from factory with proper documentation for smooth operation to CTG.
∎ Ensure daily and monthly making of shipment report in time and sending to concern person.
∎ Ensure bolt seal record maintain properly as per CTPAT requirement.
∎ Coordinate with concern merchandiser, commercial import department, suppliers if needed for on time materials in house and getting tentative in house plan date.
∎ Coordinate with all subordinate and guide them about materials storage, ledger, bin card updating and buyer/style wise organize.
∎ A. Raw material Receiving, Inventory & Reporting
