Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for store management & prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within a particular time period.
∎ To maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials to product shipment.
∎ Ensure to maintain the goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Ensure to maintain proper reconciliation of materials for both issues & stock along with records.
∎ Perform all activities related to the shipment. Ensure requisition slip for both issues & delivery of materials.
∎ Monitoring & make a comparison report to purchase requisition & budge control.
∎ Ensure to maintain regular data to input into the software. 8. Ensure to maintain the proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Control the extra OT hour for loader as per compliance standard.
∎ Prepare weekly OT report and cross check with Admin & HR dept. for management submission.
∎ Ensure to maintain all required documents properly, such as; gate pass, all types of Challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.
∎ Prepare monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Evaluate the subordinate's activities & confirm their performance appraisal in yearly basis.
∎ Provide the required support and help all team members to perform their activities perfectly. Monitoring the housekeeping and Safety issues of the entire storage area.
∎ Arrange & provide necessary training & awareness to the team members.
∎ Any other responsibilities, assign the management.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance & operation of the Store.
∎ To coordinate with production, merchandising, accounts, and logistics departments to ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
∎ To ensure Goods inward, Quality, Storage & outward.
∎ Responsible for material receipt (raw materials, packing materials) received from the vendor, Material inspection as per invoice.
∎ Follow-up with the vendor for the material discrepancy. (For any damages/shortages).
∎ To check Inventory/Transport bills properly to avoid any kind of mismatch.
∎ To ensure deadstock disposal from the store.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Followup store Audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Textile experience will be given preference. Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package. Must have strong leadership, decision making & problem solving, and inter-personal skills. Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability. Willing to work under pressure. Knowledge in handling ERP software. Supervisory & Team building Skills.
