∎ Candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years proven working experience in a reputed real state organization in Bangladesh
∎ candidate permanently live at cumilla will be preferable
∎ must be computer litarate
∎ must have sound health and leadership attitude
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Administration and ensure recruitment, selection & induction.·
∎ Manage payroll, compensation & benefits of the company.
∎ Arrangement of different type of Meeting, Training. Campaign etc.
∎ Manage effective performance management system.
∎ Develop and implement modern HR concepts.
∎ Develop & implement Policies, procedures relevant to HR & Admin Dept.
∎ Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Admin dept.
∎ Maintain relation with law enforcement and govt. offices.
∎ Supervise the overall functions of the HR & Admin Division.
