∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Candidate must have well communication skill with the different construction material suppliers at Cumilla Division
∎ Candidate who are permanently live at Cumilla will be preferable
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing and control of materials from the supplier.
∎ Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of the meterial of construction.
∎ Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire company.
∎ Participate in existing and new product planning processes to assure timely acquisition of materials to support product
∎ Develop and manage quarterly and yearly departmental budgets.
∎ Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.·
∎ Assist logistics process for the development of new meterials, inventory maintenance, manufacturing.
∎ Understand accounting, legal documents and build lasting relationships as they increase efficiency and focus on project optimization.
∎ Intraco Properties is looking for a young and energetic supply chain Manager for their newly stablished project Intraco Hedya Tower, Jhautola, Cumilla.
