Responsibilities & Context:

Intraco Properties Limited is looking for a young and energetic Sales marketing Manager to build-up a skilled and target oriented sales and Marketing Team for their newly stablished project Intraco Hedya Tower, Jhautola, Cumilla.

Responsibilities:

• Regular meet with targeted customers along with team members·    
• Responsible is to motivate their agents to close sales·    
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team·    
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence·    
• Prepare presentation with the help of superior and present to government agencies & private organizations on requirement basis·    
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for individual projects / orders·    
• Drive team for the achievement & meet the monthly / quarterly and yearly given targets·    
• Prepare reports and submit to superior on weekly basis·  
• Maintain relationship with different Govt. / Non Govt. stakeholders
