Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B. Sc. Engineering (Civil) from BUET or any or reputed university with 12 years' experience in relevant field or which at least 10 years' experience in Real Estate sector.

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Experience in supervising in construction management of large size high-rise multi storied building and structural & finishing works with the proof of successful handover.
• Must be Computer literate· 
• Candidate must be permanently living at cumilla and must have proper communication skill with different kinds of govt and private organization and other construction related suppliers and vendors at Cumilla   
• Skills Required: Civil 3D, Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Drawing (Civil 3D)

Intraco Properties Limited is Looking for a General Manager, Construction for their on-going project of High rise commercial and residential building (Intraco Hedya Tower) at the Center point of Cumilla town

Responsibilities:

• Works with the design team to develop safe, efficient, and effective projects that will fall within the budget.
• Evaluates all costs associated with each project including materials, costs of labor, and time expended.
• Negotiates contracts with vendors and clients to ensure the most cost effective means of reaching the customer's needs.
• Approves plans and budgets for each project and makes any adjustments needed.
• Coordinates the engineering team, assigning short and long term goals for successful completion of the project's plans.
• Ensures safety of the worksite during the course of development.
• Reviews safety standards for the finished project.
• Makes sure all projects and undertakings stay on budget and within the projected time schedule.
• Manages the engineering team and oversees training of new employees.
• Allocates resources effectively including personnel, materials, and time.
• Drafts reports and data analysis for review by the company's board of executives
