• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age 30 to 40 years

At least 10 years experiences in Sales and Marketing of which 2-3years as senior Managerial position in Real State Sector in a well known Real State company in Bangladesh.

Leadership and negotiation skills Proactive and positive working attitude

Fluent in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

Strong Business Development in Properties sector

Excellent in Sales Planning and Managing Operations and Marketing,

well known in BD.Excellent handle of B2B, B2C and B2G sales team

Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.

Strong business sense and industry expertise

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.
• Authorization of Sales and marketing activities.
• Strengthening relationship with customers and bringing in new clients.
• Visit customers develop sales promotional schemes to promote the company.
• any other responsibility asign by the top management.
