Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular meet with targeted customers along with team members·
∎ Responsible is to motivate their agents to close sales·
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team·
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence·
∎ Prepare presentation with the help of superior and present to government agencies & private organizations on requirement basis·
∎ Prepare technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for individual projects / orders·
∎ Drive team for the achievement & meet the monthly / quarterly and yearly given targets·
∎ Prepare reports and submit to superior on weekly basis·
∎ Maintain relationship with different Govt. / Non Govt. stakeholders
