Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Minimum 3 years Experience in Software Sales Industry.
- Should have good knowledge about POS , RMS, PMS , HRM, CRM Software.
- The job will require continuous client (b2b) visits and field work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent proposal writing, and presentation skills is a must – both in English and Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
- A natural ability to generate new business within and outside of your network and deal with clients at all levels.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Sign up target markets and customers to create new business opportunities and sales.
- Follow the sales process (field visit, find lead, proposal submission, follow up, purchase order collection, delivery follow up, payment follow up, etc).
- Work as the key player in achieving given sales targets.
- Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for Business.
- Visit existing customers to up-sell or cross-sell products and services,
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights to refine sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
