Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering or information systems
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist our sales team and channel Partners on proposals and solutions to Customers.Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to Customers.
∎ Understand Customer's technical issues, in the Customer’s vocabulary.
∎ Make technical presentations and demonstrations, showing how a solution fits Customer needs.
∎ Present competitive arguments.
∎ Specify and manage the delivery of consulting services, e.g. in Proof of Concept, installation and configuration, optimization and migration.
∎ Provide On-site and remote support/consulting services to customers as required.
∎ Apply Project Management standards to help ensure customers' success.
∎ Create and maintain technical documentation, white papers and other Knowledge Base contributions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Five years of industry experience, including two or more years in pre/post sales engineering or consulting
∎ Candidates must have experience on End-to-End complete project deployment of any 4 Microsoft’s solutions out of 8.
∎ Active Directory Domain Services
∎ System Center Configuration Manager
∎ System Center Endpoint Protection Manager
∎ System Center Service Manager
∎ System Center Operations Manager
∎ System Center Virtual Machine Manager
∎ System Center Data Protection Manager
∎ System Center Orchestrator
∎ Proven Experience on VMWare
∎ Proven Experience on AWS and Azure
∎ Proven Experience on CISCO
∎ Professional Certification on Microsoft/Cisco/AWS/VMWare etc.
∎ Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
∎ Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
∎ Positive, service-oriented personality
