Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ SAP BASIS/HANA administration and technical core competencies for tasks including installations and upgrades, problem determination and resolution, software patching, support package application, performance tuning, System Monitoring, troubleshooting, Dump analysis, Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles and Server sizing.
∎ Administer SAP implementations and upgrades in multiple environments, including SAP ECC, BI, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, Portal, and Solution Manager deployed on SAP HANA.
∎ Install, support, and trouble-shoot third-party software used in direct association with the global SAP solution.
∎ Design and develop solutions to support the end user SAP processing experience through integration of the SAPGUI, SAP printing, SAP Single Sign-on, SAP Adobe support, and other solutions as required by the business.
∎ Install and configure SUSE, RHEL/CentOS Linux DNS, DHCP, Apache, Proxy, Firewall, Mail server with Anti-SPAM & Content filter and RedHat Directory server.
∎ Maintain, configure and support network servers such as file servers, DHCP server, DNS server, Data backup server, IP Camera, VPN, gateways, intrusion detection systems.
∎ Prepare and present status reports, and technical analysis of relevant issues.
∎ Azure Server and Network, Site to Site VPN, EBS volume Design, Snapshot Create, S3 bucket create and take data Backup, Disaster recovery of Azure Instances, Network Design as per the business technical requirements.
∎ Private and Public Zone create for system security, different port design for specific services.
∎ EIP, Nat Gateway, Load balancer, Storage gateway create if Required, Network Redundant ensure from Azure to on premises.
∎ Sybase Database installation for PO, Solman as well as all the nonHana System
∎ Solution Manager installation, Configuration for system Landscape, EWA enable, Techmon Enable for the business and System Requirements
∎ Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
∎ Prepare regular reports for management officials; attends meetings to present these findings.
∎ Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ SAP BASIS Administration, Advance skill to manage AWS / AZURE Cloud, Install & Configure SUSE, RHEL/CentOS Linux DNS, DHCP, Apache, Proxy.
