Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and maintain quality control systems in swing to ensure products meet specified standards and customer expectations.
∎ Identify areas in swing for process optimization and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
∎ Supervise and mentor quality control staff, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, including ISO certifications and buyer requirements.
∎ Conduct investigations into quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
∎ Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the production process.
