∎ Age at least 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor the quality of products during production to ensure compliance with established standards.
∎ Responsible to maintain proper documentation for all kind of IPQC activities.
∎ To reduce manufacturing fault by maintain product quality as standard.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory standard for beverage product with microbiological, chemical and sensory analysis.
∎ Responsible to ensure personnel hygiene, GHK as GMP guideline.
∎ Perform routine checks and inspections at various stages of the production process to identify deviations or quality issues.
∎ Ensure that proper corrective actions are taken in real-time to prevent any deviations from quality standards.
∎ Ensure all test results are documented and any non-compliance is reported to senior management immediately.
∎ Prepare reports on quality control activities, including trends, issues, and actions taken, for management review.
∎ Investigate non-conformance events by performing root cause analysis.
∎ Carry out any assignment given by senior management as and when required.
