Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system: To be ensure to establishment and maintaining a robust quality management system, such as processes, procedures, and documentation, to ensure effective quality control and assurance.
∎ Setting quality objectives and targets: To set quality objectives and targets aligned with organizational goals and objectives, tracking progress and performance against established benchmarks.
∎ Reviewing and analyzing quality performance data: To review and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions to enhance quality.
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications relevant to the organization's industry and products.
∎ Providing strategic guidance and support: To provide strategic guidance and support to executive management on quality-related matters, including risk management, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
