Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the lasting process, ensuring products meet specified requirements.
∎ Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the lasting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Production Planning: Develop and implement daily and monthly production plans for the lasting section, aligning with overall production targets.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
∎ Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of materials and tools required for the lasting process, ensuring availability and proper utilization.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including cutting, sewing, and finishing, to ensure seamless production flow.
∎ Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production data, quality metrics, and any issues encountered during the lasting process.
