• Assist in analyzing project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different teams.

• Assist in preparing the Budget for project-wise requirements for machinery and utility.

• Analyse Autocad drawings and prepare as per site requirements for different projects.

• Assist to source different suppliers and get offers as per the requirement of different machinery for process and utility from different projects.

• Prepare a detailed Comparative Statement for importable machinery as per the given specification of machinery and utility.

• Prepare detailed comparative statements for local fabrication and installation works for vendor selection in collaboration with the Technical Service Department (TSD).

• Follow-up regularly with the factory engineering team and assigned vendors for timely execution of individual jobs.

• Conduct regular site visits to review local electro-mechanical works and report findings to the department head.

• Assist in ensuring that each project execution is done within the allocated budget and timeframe.

• Coordinate meetings with various project teams to ensure timely execution.
