∎ Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, Decathlon, Primark, GU
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result oriented.
∎ Age at least 28 years
