• Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to ensure timely delivery and quality of intimate apparel products (bras, panties, shapewear, etc.).

• Lead the production team, monitor line performance, and ensure achievement of production targets with maximum efficiency.

• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality teams to maintain smooth production flow.

• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process in compliance with buyer specifications.

• Analyze production data and implement improvement strategies to reduce downtime, increase productivity, and minimize wastage.

• Work closely with the Planning, IE (Industrial Engineering), and Maintenance departments to ensure capacity utilization and smooth operations.

• Conduct daily line balancing, machine layout, and resource allocation to meet style changes and delivery schedules.

• Supervise worker discipline, skill development, and maintain a motivated, safe, and compliant work environment.

• Monitor and report KPIs such as output, efficiency, DHU (Defect per Hundred Units), and on-time delivery.

• Drive lean manufacturing practices and process improvements for higher profitability and competitiveness.

• Ensure compliance with all factory rules, health & safety regulations, and buyer requirements.
