Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and oversee the entire production process of intimate garments (lingerie, bra, panty, shapewear, etc.) to ensure target achievement and product quality.
Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth operation to meet shipment deadlines.
Prepare and execute production plans in coordination with merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality departments.
Maintain production efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production goals.
Lead the production team, provide guidance, and ensure discipline, teamwork, and motivation.
Maintain strong coordination with technical and quality teams to ensure first-pass quality and minimize rework or rejection.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, factory policies, and safety regulations.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 6S, Lean, Kaizen) to enhance productivity and quality.
