Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Payroll Management & SAP usage for Management reporting/trouble shooting
∎ Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
∎ Ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration of payroll
∎ Input and maintains employee payroll records in SAP, auditing for compliance with company policy and procedures
∎ Grievance Handling, Orientation, Counselling & Grooming and Disciplinary Actions/Preparation/Procedures & Formalities
∎ PF Documentation
∎ Synchronization with other departments for employee issues, maintaining workers personal file, preparing termination list
∎ HR Reports like Attendance/Absent Report of all workers & staff and workers leave management
∎ Finding sources of workers availability & Coordinate for worker hiring in all units as per standard strength
∎ Salary disbursement planning & monitoring
∎ Capability Verification of Workers & Conduct Full & Final settlement for all workers
∎ Analysis of absenteeism of employees & taking action to reduce absenteeism
∎ Assist in yearly HC & CTC Budget for workers
∎ Handling WWA, BEPZA & IR issues
∎ Preparation & Handle for Compliance/Buyer audit

Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise on SAP & Experience on Payroll Management is a must.
