∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading project planning sessions;
∎ Capacity to manage high stress situations;
∎ Lead by example. We need leaders with independent working skill;
∎ Coordinating staff and internal resources where applicable;
∎ Get into details. Don't work in high level. Homework, homework, homework......Attention to detail;
∎ Understands the value of communication and time. The meaning of saying YES, NO and being Silent leading to certain consequences;
∎ LOVE work independently. Self-reliant. Work with what you have, not what is needed;
∎ Managing project progress and adapt work as required;
∎ Ensuring projects meet deadlines;
∎ Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders;
∎ Designing and signing off on contracts;
∎ Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation;
∎ Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review;
∎ Designing risk mitigation plan;
∎ Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff;
∎ Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary;
∎ Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects;
∎ Managing and diverse teams;
∎ Big-picture thinking and vision;
∎ Understands work delegation---not hero;
∎ Big-picture thinking and vision;
∎ Capacity to manage high stress situations;
∎ Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A great Multi Business Manager usually has five or more years' experience, and one or several formal qualifications. A Multi Business Manager's Job description could include degrees in any of the following fields:
∎ Engineering
∎ IT or Computer Science
∎ Business or Business Administration
∎ Management
