∎ For any potential Business Plan, we will provide full resources and supporting to help lead the plan.
∎ The position will be responsible to oversee overall planning & operations to achieve overall sales target in terms of volume, revenue, profitability to ensure consistent and sustainable growth through efficient management of overall operations by providing necessary strategic input, implementing strategic decisions and performing necessary periodic follow-up and evaluation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and identify way - including new idea, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
∎ Responsible for managing and coordinating all grant proposal development and reporting to the management.
∎ Review and analyze potential threats underlying the base of the business and make appropriate plans for resolve.
∎ Create and develop a clear business strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals and effectively delegate to the objective.
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing and business plans and ability to initiate Business plan and to achieve the yearly targeted growth.
∎ Develop and recommend product positioning, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Conduct market research and find out potential business opportunity Preparing business proposals and negotiation strategies.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies and actions plan in line with the company's direction to expand its business in the designated area.
∎ Managing, monitoring & supervising sales forces & performance.
∎ Review and analyze sales performance against programs, quotes and make plans to determine business effectiveness.
∎ Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
∎ Identify and understand client's needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales plans.
∎ Prepare Annual Business Budget.
∎ Build up excellent business relationship with traders & users.
∎ Met the departmental target.
∎ Have to give the dateline on return on investment and also the positive cash flow.
∎ To ensure 100% lifting plan & Secondary and consequent Business growth.
∎ To formulate own strategies to outwit other market players.
∎ Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
