Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Educational requirements will be considered for the "Proven work experience as a New Business Developer".
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Business Operation, Client Relationship Management, Decision making, High level of passion, Team management,Commercial,Supply Chain.
∎ Must have Commercial or Supply Chain Knowledge.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
∎ Responsible for managing and coordinating all grant proposal development and reporting to the management.
∎ To Develop and implement the business plan with a strategic marketing plan and ability to initiate Business plan and to achieve the yearly targeted growth.
∎ Review and Analyze potential threats underlying the base of the business and make appropriate plans for resolve.
∎ Create and develop a clear business strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals and effectively delegate to the objective.
∎ Identify and understand the client's business needs and objectives to develop the business plans.
∎ Build up excellent business relationships with traders & users.
∎ Prepare Annual Business Budget.
∎ Met the departmental target.
∎ Have to give the dateline on return on investment and also the positive cash flow.
∎ To ensure 100% lifting plan & Secondary and consequent Business growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ We are looking for a passionate team member who is capable of managing the new business proposal's development processes within FONS (BD) Ltd to meet the grants acquisition annual target.
∎ Must have Commercial or Supply Chain Knowledge.
∎ Strong communication skill with leadership quality.
Salary: Negotiable
