Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator or Azure Administrator Associate,Microsoft 365 Security Administrator or Azure Security Engineer Associate,Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator, Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Design, Implement and provide support for Microsoft solutions (Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM etc.).
∎ Configuration, Troubleshooting and support of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Azure Active Directory and Azure PaaS.
∎ Configuration, Troubleshooting and support Microsoft Conditional Access, Information Protection and Information Governance
∎ Build standards for client environments.
∎ Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of project progress, impending changes, and agreed upon outages.
∎ Making sure that the incidents get resolved with the SLAs and ensure that the system goes through a scheduled patching process.
∎ Research, evaluate and recommend the selection of M365 Azure related tools and emerging technologies for clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM etc.) in a domain environment, along with broad experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Azure Solutions and Server virtualization will be given preference.
∎ Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.
∎ Interest in Cloud Engineering and its impact on greater business practices.
∎ Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineers, or alone as required
∎ Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
∎ In-depth analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
∎ Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
