Additional Requirements:

  • Be able to work with persons of different cultural background.

  • 3–5 years of experience in modern trade / key account management (preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or pharmaceuticals industry).

  • Able to work independently.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.

  • Need to be frequent visit outside of the office.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales & distribution targets.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Drive sales in Modern Trade channel and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Establish and maintain regular contact with modern trade outlets (super shops, retail chains, e-commerce platforms, hypermarkets, key retail chains etc.) for product placement and visibility.

  • Onboard new modern trade partners and ensure smooth business operations.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term growth.

  • Negotiate shelf space, promotional activities, and commercial terms with modern trade partners.

  • Review products ` visibility, planogram, shelf share and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.

  • Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure uninterrupted product availability.

  • To assist in formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.

  • Track sales performance and provide reports/insights to management.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer credit, collections, and payment settlements.

  • Ensure timely delivery of products in collaboration with distribution and logistics teams.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
