Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead corporate sales team members to achieve SKU's wise sales targets & maintaining sales growth.
∎ Interact with the sales team to develop sales plans and strategies
∎ Provide necessary guidelines to the distribution department for smooth delivery
∎ Liaise with Production, Distribution, Brand, Accounts & other associated departments for smooth operation
∎ Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product as per their needs
∎ Monitor corporate client's credit and inform respective clients accordingly
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to plan on promotional activities and special events
∎ Must be target-oriented and have to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
∎ Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
∎ Maintain sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives
∎ Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
