  • Good understanding of customer psychology and client relationship management.

  • Excellent reporting skills (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) for top management.        
  • Able to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer feedback reports (daily, monthly).
  • Develop and implement product pricing strategies aligned with company policy.
  • Assist in developing sales tools and conducting concern for new products.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and departmental objectives.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage client interactions through personal visits and face-to-face engagement to ensure personalized service
