Requirements:

Skills Required: Communication,Customer Relations,Customer Support through Phone,Outbound and Inbound Calls

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 32 years

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and basic English. 

  • Professional, polite, and customer-oriented demeanor. 

  • Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email correspondence. 

  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. 

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 

  • 6 days per week (1 weekly holiday)

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for two dynamic and customer-focused female professionals to join our Events & Activation Department as Customer Relationship Officers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing customer communications, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image through professional interaction.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and courteously. 
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and promotional activities. 
  • Record customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain strong communication and uphold company standards in every interaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily call reports to the immediate supervisor.
