Excellent communication skills in Bangla and basic English.

Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email correspondence.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
6 days per week (1 weekly holiday)

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for two dynamic and customer-focused female professionals to join our Events & Activation Department as Customer Relationship Officers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing customer communications, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image through professional interaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and promotional activities.
- Record customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain strong communication and uphold company standards in every interaction.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports to the immediate supervisor.
