• Master of Business Management (MBM) / Masters

• Diploma in Textile Engineering (Preferred).

• 6 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 6–7 years of experience in the merchandising field (Woven)

• Strong experience in jackets and pants (preferred)

• Sound knowledge of sample development to shipment process

• Good planning and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities & Context

• Handle merchandising activities from sample development to final shipment
• Coordinate with buyers and maintain strong communication
• Allocate proper job to the proper team member
• Manage order planning and execution to ensure timely delivery
• Follow up on production status and resolve any issues
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting
• Maintain effective email communication with buyers.
