Experience:

• Candidate should have minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in RMG industry.

• Conduct internal audit social & CT-PAT monthly basis and report submits to factory compliance lead.

• Fill up audit-related questionnaires including online platform and submits to the factory compliance lead.

• Support audits either intra-factory or third party and collect evidence of CAP closer.

• Serve as guest faculty/resource trainer for compliance functions or different categories of training.

• Support internal and external inquiry/investigation as assigned by the management

• Prepare CAP and ensure on-time delivery and correction of the issues.

• Conduct training for different categories and ensure on-time meetings of the participation committee and complaint committee.

• Coordinate with fire safety officer and safety engineer to support & ensure on-time completion of internal & external CAPs.

• Update data (weekly compliance update, monthly dashboard) and time to time customer`s requested data (monthly basis or based on request).

• Monitor working hours on regular basis and escalate if there are any deviations/exceptions from the authority approvals.

• Ensure compliance on new projects (upgrade/new customer) assigned by central compliance or plant heads.
