• Supervise and manage lab operations to ensure all incoming raw materials and garments are tested accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with UK & HK teams, suppliers, and internal departments for testing requirements, approvals, and audits.

• Monitor calibration, maintenance, and compliance of all lab equipment; ensure international accreditation standards are maintained.

• Review and approve test reports, escalate failures, and support root cause analysis with QA/Technical teams.

• Train, guide, and monitor lab executives and junior staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.

• Maintain testing databases, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management decision-making.

• Support Head of Department in audits, process improvements, and customer communication
