Responsibilities & Context:
Manage end-to-end knitting production planning and execution
Ensure machine utilization, productivity, and efficiency targets are achieved
Provide technical support on yarn, gauge, structure, and knitting programs
Control DHU and drive continuous defect reduction
Control yarn wastage and implement waste reduction actions
Ensure strict control on material consumption vs standard
Monitor quality standards and reduce defects and rework
Coordinate with Planning, IE, Maintenance, and Finishing teams
Lead troubleshooting of machine and technical knitting issues
Train supervisors, technicians, and operators on best practices
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety and factory standards
