Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry, Textile Technology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or, M.Sc. in Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Environmental Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control the Operation and maintenance of Biological ETP Plant. Should have sound knowledge on emergency response plan.
∎ Handling ETP laboratory & eligibility of waste water test like, TDS, TSS, COD, BOD5, MLSS, MLVSS, SVI, pH, etc.
∎ Analyze the performance of treatment plant inlet & outlet water. Handling different analytical work by using different testing equipment to maintain the ETP lab properly as the buyer requirements.
∎ Ensure sludge management process as per ECR-2015.
∎ To deal about the chemical restriction & MSDS of all chemicals, Should have clear concept about ZLD.
∎ To implement and maintain the Buyers RSL and MRSL.
∎ Practical experience to determine percentage of IPA, sulfuric Acid, Water de-colorant agent, hydrochloric Acid, etc.
∎ Practical knowledge to communicate with different buyers like H&M, C&A, WALMART, DECATHLON, GAP, NEXT, etc.
∎ Asses all environmental risk, chemical, ETP & other environmental issues.
∎ Ensure chemical are stored in proper manner & use with safe way.
∎ Prepare monthly report for management necessary documents for Higg index (Environment), BVE3 and BHive, etc. Maintain update Chemical Inventory.
∎ Conduct awareness training program to workers along with top managements on 3R policy, water saving, waste reduction, chemical handling, environmental management system, buyer code of conduct.
∎ Follow up the periodical assess of air emission, noise level & other environmental aspect, maintain EHS self-assessment, chemical restriction & water assessment.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and keep up to date with local and international regulation and legislation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ knowledge on analytical chemistry techniques
∎ Familiar with process improvement methodologies and ISO 14001:2015
∎ Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
