∎ B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare operation bulletin and line lay out for every new style.
∎ Work place designing in a cost effective manner
∎ Line balancing.
∎ Conduct & monitor Time- study, capacity study, production study
∎ Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
∎ Analyze individual operator's performance.
∎ Unskilled operator's performance follow up.
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors. (COT)
∎ Ensure every sewing operator having skill card with pictures.
∎ Factory Production Incentive report monitoring.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in printing production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
