Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall monitoring of all Expatriates and Local Managements Compensation & Benefits.
∎ Closely work with consultant to make all salary and related payment issues done on time.
∎ Prepare monthly reports and sent to Finance regarding all Compensation and Benefits matters.
∎ Closely work with consultant to ensure all work permit and visa related matters are in track always.
∎ Ensure Overseas High Official protocol, Business trips protocol, Hotel booking, Logistics support etc.
∎ Ensure on time payment of expatriates and local management salary and other financial benefits.
∎ Ensure a harmony relationship with all inbound and outbound stack holders like Banks, Consultant, Finance, Travel Agents, HR department etc.
∎ Ensure all the relevant employee data up to date in HIRS.
∎ Closely work with Head Office ComBen Team and supply required data now and then.
