Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare & upgrade organizational policies, procedures SOP, manual & maintain its implementation;

  • Develop and follow up new initiatives that drive employee engagement and promote key objectives of the organization;

  • Assist in conducting OE (Organizational Excellence)/HR Developmental/HR R&D-related tasks to create a professional work culture;

  • Ensure completion of various HR programs/assignments/HR Products;

  • Assist in different program formulation & its implementation;

  • Ensure monthly database of employee`s Service Loyalty Award program and organize the program on time;

  • Promote and maintain KPI culture;

  • Assist in maintaining OE (Organizational Excellence)/HR developmental/HR R&D-related tasks to create a desired culture;
