Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, design, and implement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to all departments in order to judge the performance of company employees.
∎ Work with company CEO and/or Managing Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
∎ Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
∎ Designing, planning, and executing recruitment and selection processes through Cv screening, Voice call interview, physical interview, and other administer psychological tests.
∎ Prepare Job analysis for vacant positions and post job vacancies at different recruitment platforms.
∎ Reviewing employment applications and creating background check report.
∎ Prepare appointment letter, Training bond, and other documents in order to process joining of a new employee.
∎ Plan, develop and design an orientation program to welcome newly hired employees and introduce that employee to the new organizational culture and personnel of all departments.
∎ Develop a training plan to train up new and existing employees after discussing with their department head.
∎ Arrange different meeting sessions with department managers to discuss everyone's job responsibility and try to identify whether an employee needs any special training for his better performance.
∎ Prepare a budget plan for celebrating any special occasions or providing other facilities to employees related to overtime work.
∎ Process final settlement issues when an employee decides to resign from the company.
∎ Maintain register book and digital personnel records of every employee absent, late, leave,tour approval, sick, and prepare monthly salary sheet for payroll process.
∎ Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
∎ Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
∎ Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
∎ Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Basic knowledge of labor legislation
∎ Experience using spreadsheets
