Job Context:
We believe that great teams power great results. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Executive – HR to join our Human Resources team and help drive impactful HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and policy compliance.

  • Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives and HR events.

  • Support performance management processes and provide administrative assistance for appraisal cycles.

  • Address routine employee queries and ensure a smooth HR service experience.

  • Assist in developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR workflow.

  • The scope of responsibilities may be reviewed and adjusted in response to organizational needs, as determined by management.

  • Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management, consistent with the overall role and capabilities.
