Fluent written & spoken English.

As part of our new business growth plan, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic The Assistant Manager – HRDM & Administration supports IPTEC’s transformation into a high-performance, digitally enabled organisation. The position combines Human-Resource Development & Management (HRDM) with operational administration—strengthening talent systems, leadership pipelines, and process efficiency that power IPTEC’s 2025–2030 “Good to Great” roadmap.
We need a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on manager, capable of executing sophisticated digital campaigns and delivering measurable results in a competitive, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Development & Management
Implement HRDM frameworks, policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with corporate strategy.
Manage the full recruitment cycle—job design, posting, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain digital HR records (attendance, leave, contracts, performance data).
Coordinate performance reviews, KPI tracking, and succession planning.
Oversee employee relations, discipline, and welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with South Sudan labor law and IPTEC standards.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation.
Training & Leadership Development
Conduct annual training-needs analyses across departments.
Plan and deliver technical, managerial, and customer-service training.
Champion leadership-development and mentorship initiatives.
Track training outcomes and maintain competency matrices.
Administration & Operations
Supervise office administration, logistics, transport, and facility management.
Manage procurement of office supplies, utilities, and maintenance contracts.
Lead support staff (drivers, cleaners, security, etc.) and ensure service discipline.
Coordinate company events, welfare activities, and inter-department communication.
Drive administrative process automation through Odoo ERP / HRMS.
Governance & Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly HR & Admin performance reports.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and proper document control.
Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of all HR data.
Align all practices with IPTEC’s governance and ethical standards.
