As part of our new business growth plan, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic The Assistant Manager – HRDM & Administration supports IPTEC’s transformation into a high-performance, digitally enabled organisation. The position combines Human-Resource Development & Management (HRDM) with operational administration—strengthening talent systems, leadership pipelines, and process efficiency that power IPTEC’s 2025–2030 “Good to Great” roadmap.
We need a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on manager, capable of executing sophisticated digital campaigns and delivering measurable results in a competitive, multicultural environment.
Role Summary: We are looking for a creative and strategic individual to develop high-impact content strategies and manage brand storytelling. You will use AI-powered tools to engage and grow the digital presence of both IPTEC, it’s sister concerns and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage AI-assisted content calendars and compelling brand campaigns.
Write and optimise messaging for social media, websites, email, and other digital platforms.
Utilise AI tools to analyse audience behaviour and deliver personalised content experiences.
Ensure a consistent and powerful brand voice across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with design and analytics teams to continuously improve engagement and performance.
