Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in ISP or large-scale enterprise network environments.
Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPN, BGP, OSPF, and Firewalls.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or Huawei platforms.
Good understanding of Linux systems, virtualisation (Proxmox/VMware), and monitoring tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Certifications
CCNP, MTCNA/MTCRE, or equivalent vendor certifications.
Knowledge of automation or scripting tools is an added advantage.

As part of our new business growth plan, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic The Assistant Manager – HRDM & Administration supports IPTEC’s transformation into a high-performance, digitally enabled organisation. The position combines Human-Resource Development & Management (HRDM) with operational administration—strengthening talent systems, leadership pipelines, and process efficiency that power IPTEC’s 2025–2030 “Good to Great” roadmap.
We need a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on manager, capable of executing sophisticated digital campaigns and delivering measurable results in a competitive, multicultural environment.
As part of our new business growth plan, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic. The Senior TAC Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and stability of IPTEC’s core network infrastructure — including Fiber, Satellite , Wireless, and Enterprise systems. As part of IPTEC’s 2025–2030 Digital Transformation Plan, this role combines advanced network troubleshooting, proactive service assurance, and leadership of TAC operations. The ideal candidate will act as a Level 2/3 escalation point, guiding junior engineers and supporting automation, monitoring, customer excellence initiatives and delivering measurable results in a competitive, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Network Operations & Troubleshooting
Handle advanced troubleshooting and fault resolution for fiber, wireless, and enterprise networks.
Perform configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics of routers, switches, firewalls, and access devices.
Manage and optimize network monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, LibreNMS, etc.).
Perform proactive capacity checks, fault analysis, and incident prevention.
Lead service restorations during outages and coordinate with field engineers.
Technical Support & Customer Service
Serve as a Level 2/3 escalation point for the TAC/NOC team.
Ensure all incidents are logged, tracked, and resolved within SLA.
Communicate with enterprise clients on incident status and resolution.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical issues and share lessons learned.
Team Leadership & Knowledge Management
Mentor TAC/NOC engineers and ensure proper skill transfer.
Maintain updated documentation: SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and configuration logs.
Participate in technical training programs and support IPTEC’s AI-driven monitoring initiatives.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly operational and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with IPTEC’s data security and network policies.
Coordinate with other departments (Planning, Field, Billing, CRM, etc.) for efficient service delivery.
