HR Generalist, HR Operations, human resource planing, KPI management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after overall HR operational activities like, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Industrial relations, Training & Learning, Organizational Excellence Etc.
∎ Make a strategic plan to develop the talent pool
∎ Implement Performance Management System as per policy
∎ Ensure achieving of HR KPI
∎ Monitor KPI, Analyze individual performance, take the necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency;
∎ Prepare Various reports and present them to top management;
∎ Maintain factory Discipline as per BD labor law,
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years

∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities

∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
