∎ BBA / MBA In HRM from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after overall HR operational activities like, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Industrial relations, Training & Learning, Organizational Excellence Etc.
∎ Make a strategic plan to develop the talent pool
∎ Implement Performance Management System as per policy
∎ Ensure achieving of HR KPI
∎ Monitor KPI, Analyze individual performance, take the necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency
∎ Prepare Various reports and present them to top management
∎ Maintain factory Discipline as per labor law
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 29 years
∎ at least 1-year experience in the same position
∎ Good at MS Applications (Advance Excel)
∎ PGD - HRM
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: Negotiable
