Responsibilities & Context:
Overall supervision and monitoring for the smooth running of all HR-related activities.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Provide ideas, instruction and solution of problems arising in day-to-day operational work to the HR team.
Discuss with higher authority and management for taking decisions on various important issues when needed.
All kinds of Interdepartmental coordination are relevant to HR tasks.
Preparing monthly salary and overtime sheet and sending it to accounts department for further action.
To administer the Staff Performance Appraisal Review process for annual increment and confirmation.
Communicate with staff and handle matters such as allowances claim, salary payment, deductions, adjustments, transfer, promotions, dismissal, discharge and termination.
Hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
All kinds of tasks and responsibilities are assigned by higher authorities and management.
Formulate necessary training program for various departments, maintain training calendar & organize training sessions for employees.
Plan schedules and organize employee engagement activities regularly.
