Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a reputed hospital or diagnostic laboratory.

Job Context

City Hospital Ltd., one of the leading multidisciplinary hospitals in Bangladesh, is looking for qualified, dedicated, and enthusiastic Medical Technologists (Laboratory) to join its Laboratory Services team. The selected candidates will perform diagnostic laboratory investigations while ensuring quality, accuracy, and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect sample, receive, label, and process patient specimens accurately.

• Perform laboratory investigations in Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Biochemistry, Serology, Microbiology, and related disciplines.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory SOPs.

• Record and report laboratory results accurately and on time.

• Follow infection prevention, biosafety and laboratory safety protocols.

• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.

• Coordinate effectively with consultants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
