Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures new colleagues have right direction of his/her job for instance JD, offer letter and organizational policy or code of conduct;
∎ Coordinate and assist with department head in drafting job opening/advertisement screening of applications, summarizing of the CVs, short listing candidates etc;
∎ Plan, coordinate, implement & review yearly training & development budget, arrange training as per plan. Evaluate training effectiveness with objective accordingly.
∎ Manages all HR issues in compliance with the staff rules and regulations and with Bangladesh labor law;
∎ Prepare, amendment, review or maintain different HR procedures & policies accurately.
∎ Prepare different reports on staff hiring, training, salary review, promotion, increment, disciplinary measures taken, etc. for the management.
∎ Ensure to act as Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with the department head to run the HR function & deliver value added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization;
∎ Ensure to manage the recruitment & selection process timely;
∎ Ensure to Prepare & conduct JD for existing & new employees;
∎ Ensure to prepare, amendment, review or maintain HR procedures & policies timely & accurately;
∎ Ensure to prepare KPI for employees properly & timely;
∎ Ensure to prepare payroll/salary timely;
∎ Monitor attendance & showroom activity;
∎ Assists in appraisal process as and when required;
∎ Assists in disciplinary matters as and when required;
∎ The employee may be asked to perform duties and task not covered in this job description as well as to provide support to other departments when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Languages: Good written and spoken English and Bengali;
∎ Knowledge: Good knowledge of information technology;
∎ Computer Skills: Computer proficiency in MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & power point, Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (HRIS) is an asset;
∎ Capacity to define priorities, adaptation, ability to work in team a multicultural environment;
∎ Sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different tasks under stress;
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
